I love the fact @flowmapp is so easy to use and to share with people that work with you. Building user flows or conversation flows has never been easier. You should get it before the price gets up again ;)
I needed more features and more control over the entire process, so I switched to @flowmapp. This tool is clearly created by product developers, designers and project managers. What I like most is the beautiful user interface. Creating projects is super easy and each project can have the master sitemap, funnels, user journeys and personas grouped by project. I also like the labelling system which allows me to quickly see the status of each: in progress, done or pending, etc
Ease of use, collaboration and general tools are the main @flowmapp's cons. Although, more API/Zapier integrations would be good
@flowmapp's user-flow feature is super easy to use and allows us to explain and align with internal and external stakeholders before executing on projects. Overall experience with FlowMapp has been nothing but fantastic
Very good experience - a bit pricey for what it is but haven't yet found a better product on the market. Intuitive easy to use AI, takes a lot of pain out of drawing flowcharts and sitemaps. Provides a fast and simple structure to turn ideas into tangible designs.
You can't easily add additional sitemap pages with the same functionalities. This tool seems to be focused more on websites than web and mobile apps
We are looking for a tool that makes us more efficient in the production of site maps for our customers.
Under the Site Map tool, I like how we can outline the content of the sections of a page. In the absence of a more sophisticated commenting tool, I like that we can export an image of the site map or even better generate a PDF that has the copy and the site map. We can then send it to a customer for them to pinpoint specific edits for us to make and also save it to our files. The User Flow Feature is easy to use and intuitive
I've switched from Balsamiq to @flowmapp because it has a more robust, integrated feature set.
The sitemapping tool is incredible. Not only are you able to create traditional sitemaps (which you can view either visually or in a tree structure), but you can also designate sections and content within each page of that map. This means that you can create really robust outlines for the entire contents of a website that make it really easy to collaborate between strategists, designers, developers, and stakeholders in the website design process
I saw someone else use @flowmapp and recommend it as an easier tool than Visio. It makes it so easy to draw user flows, I feel like a dinosaur coming from using Visio to try and do UX flows to this tool which is dedicated to UX user flows and it shows. The interface is easy to follow and I love the sharing aspect.
I really wish FlowMapp get a move on and build integration with Jira. It would be awesome
@flowmapp is easy to use, creates efficiency between departments, and their support is extremely helpful and quick to respond.
It's difficult to get a good view of large projects, especially when the sitemap is very hefty and horizontal. Clients have also missed footer pages at first review. Also wish there was an area that would curate and organize all content into one view (as well as how it works now)
As a business, we've been using a number of separate tools to plan our website during the lockdown, but these soon got hard to manage so we looked for a centralized tool that we could all access, it makes the planning process a lot easier. @flowmapp is a clear and well laid out, flexible and powerful tool to help map out websites and user journeys through a website
@flowmapp looks like I can pretty much do everything as I was able to in UXpressia. It seems to have very similar, if not more, features compared to a couple of other tools we looked at before. It has a flexible template structure and a variety of options/cards including icons, the ability to add images, emoticon graph to highlight user sentiment journey etc. We can also attach multiple personas to each journey and the persona templates are extensive and completely customizable with different blocks, text, quotes, scales and graphs. But other tools were priced higher than even UXPressia. I feel because of the additional features like SiteMaps and user flow diagrams, and the price point FlowMapp is definitely a great option for us
I think @flowmapp solves the issue of being collaborative. Creating flowcharts is pretty straightforward. I like that you can collaborate with teammates and it provides the sitemap in a visual manner that is good for presentations and walking clients through. The designs of the icons are nice and I love that you can upload an XML sitemap
We love the simple yet effective interface for specifying how websites should be built. It makes collaboration between all strategy stakeholders easy and productive and facilitates the briefing of creative designers who must turn ideas into wireframes and page designs. Newly introduced visual ways of mapping customer journeys and personas seem equally promising
I have been using this tool for ±2 years. I loved the interactive sitemap + editable task/user flows when it first came out. Turning what used to be a manual process into a quicker and easier process - built with the awareness of the need for constant change. Which most design tools don't cater for. It saves time - helps you get everything in one place, and keeps context. Quick sitemaps, quick user flows, quick personas, quick CJM, easy edits, this helps me focus on the important info instead of getting lost in the details of how the final information looks visually
We use @flowmapp for mapping out user journeys and platform updates. I haven't run into any roadblocks. It's easy to use and has a good variety of templates! Great customer support. Awesome collab tool for remote teams
We're using @flowmapp to create sitemaps for our client's websites in an easy-to-understand format. We're also collaborating with our design and strategy teams to figure out the content structure of each page of the sitemap. We also use UserFlows to show the ideal journey a user would take to reach their objective. The work we do in FlowMapp acts as a guide for the entire project.
We love the ease of working with the Sitemap tool and the UserFlow tool. We started with a single account with FlowMapp and quickly realized how FlowMapp could help us be more efficient. So we switched to a team plan and invited our teams to collaborate in FlowMapp
I run a small 2 person web design/development company and I use @flowmapp on all my projects from scoping stage through to the design stage.
I've been using this tool for 6+ months now and I find it very easy to use. I can create the basics of a site map in minutes and collaboratively expand it out with my clients. The export options are great - particularly PDF export - it creates a professional-looking document which I can take to client meetings or send to them for review. The multitude of visual page-type images is a really nice touch and helps clients get a better understanding of what a site may look like
I don't make site maps, but I love the idea of @flowmapp. There are many times I'd like to rearange a flow dynamically instead of moving a bunch of Sketch arrows around. Really, it'd be great for every design tool to allow you to "zoom" in and out through levels of abstraction
This is a great tool to create the architecture of a website. This is one of the most important and the first steps before launching any product/website. Thanks, guys, for the awesome app
@flowmapp is a powerful visual sitemap tool for planning website development and collaborate with others
I love using @flowmapp; it's simple and quick to use
@flowmapp puts all my tools for site branding and communication strategy in one place. The communication with sales and support was also quick and easy. I don't need any other tools
I love how @flowmapp is built precisely for marketing and web design companies. I love the site map tool, the customer journey tool, and the way you can plan out the sections for a website. This is the perfect tool for web design agencies to get organized, keep their processes synced up, share across team members and stay organized
We were searching for a way to improve the early iterations of a web design project. We wanted to include more strategy upfront, instead of jumping right into the site map. We also wanted to greatly increase collaboration between web design, UX, content, and creativity. We did research into a lot of similar tools, but none were as easy to use or checked as many of our boxes as @flowmapp. I love how fast you can create initial site maps, user flows, personas, etc., as well as how easy it is to iterate on them as you learn more. This is an excellent tool for collaboration within a team, as well as sharing your thought process with your clients
I switched from WriteMaps to @flowmapp because it had more functionalities and features. This tool is easy to use and you can do many things in one place. It's very intuitive and collaborative.
Still, there are some UX issues that could be improved, especially when building user flows (some changes get lost or it is hard to move all elements at once)
I am using @flowmapp for zoning, sitemap and workflows It's a great time saver because it's fast to create projects and edit them. It's simple enough to be understood by the client but there are also enough details to be relevant. Easy to understand, easy to update. Give great visibility and understanding of my UX work to my customers
I can do my proposal using only one software. UI of @flowmapp is pleasant; most importantly, it's easy to use. In one software I can complete the user flow, sitemap, customer journey and even personas.
So far, I don't encounter any cons
I've been working with @flowmapp for a year, it has allowed me to save time on my projects! It is a tool with a clear interface, intuitive content creation, multiple file support (doc, sketch, psd, ppt, xls, svg ...), very well thought out collaborative work, soon the creation of wireframe
@flowmapp is saving me tons of time, more practical than other tools available on the market, dare I say even if one is proficient with e.g. Figma. It is quick and easy to adapt for my clients, the auto-update in user flow connections works like magic. Everyone that I know who has started using FlowMapp saw the benefits for their workflows and organizations virtually immediately.
I haven't noticed functional deficiencies, the benefits overshadow all. Would love to see some live collaboration handling introduced (e.g. as in Figma, Pitch)
I needed a basic tool (but not too much) to brainwork emails workflows before building it. @flowmapp is perfect for it. It is easy to use and offers multiple possibilities. It also has content-driven architecture and nice branding
@flowmapp has some benefits as business documentation, training, the possibility to send everyone to one place for the information they need, ease of use, simplicity, cleanness, and the ability to make comments, add images to each site map element.
I love the additional user flows, would like it if I could tie them better to site map elements
I'm a project manager in a web development company. Part of my duties is to clearly communicate websites and applications structure and @flowmapp is the perfect tool for that. It allows me to communicate clearly both with clients and team members. Had an issue with the invoice and their support solved the issue immediately.
So far there is nothing I really dislike. Something I'd like to see is an optional interface for bulk adding or importing websites' structure. That will greatly improve my experience with the tool
I tested many similar services, but I have never met a real analog. The speed and convenience of creating site maps are much higher than in other services. @flowmapp helps a lot to create the basis for further work. I use it in every project. Customers are very inclined to get a visual map of the site and are imbued with great confidence in us as professionals. In addition, the service is constantly evolving and more and more new features appear. Thanks to the FlowMapp team and good luck in further development
I prefer @flowmapp to other more complex design tools. You can easily build your web app maps, and then define user flows reusing the map pages. The UI is very intuitive and helps you think of what you need to build your desired flows.
I'm looking forward to seeing how FlowMapp evolves because it can facilitate enormously the dialogue between PMs, Designers and even Engineers, so we all share a common understanding of the most important user flows
It's much easier for me to create and tweak a site hierarchy and user flow of a website on here than trying to draw static versions on paper. Being able to visualise how everything comes together is huge. I love how easy it is to quickly mock up a site hierarchy with as much or as little detail as you need, and then export it to use in presentations or proposals. The ability to add colored tags and even insert some content structure to the pages is really helpful too
I like the fact that it's tailored to what I wanted to do, which is to refine and turbo-charge our web design process. We didn't have a good method of gathering content or collaborating, but now we do and I'm really excited about how @flowmapp will help us more revenue by allowing us to get more done in less time, and with a higher quality result than before.
We're in the process of transitioning to a content-first strategy when designing websites for our clients, since we've had so much struggles with loss of time, not knowing what to do next etc. - just because the content isn't ready or scattered all over the place. FlowMapp is helping us make that transition by, again, being tailored to organizing web design projects as a whole, as a team
This is a great app for web designers who also do inbound marketing.
I needed a tool that would include both the outline, as well as the content and keyword focus for each page. @flowmapp has allowed me to get rid of a second tool I was paying for. I love to be able to see the diagram and include notes, content, links and more for each page. The export to pdf or MS Word is great also. That feature allows me to share a document with my clients that we can both collaborate on. FlowMapp also has a User Flow feature in beta, which is great for anyone doing inbound marketing, who wants to share the 'user flow' with their clients in a visual format
The intuitive and clean UX planning tool @flowmapp looks like a great way to visualize sitemaps via ProductHunt
Very useful tool for managers and art-directors
This looks amazing. Finally I can stop using mind maps to hack together a site map
@flowmapp is a big time-saver, using the templates given. Especially the persona templates give a good preset to start from. At this point of trial, I really can't name any negative features or lack of functions. I wouldn't want it to be over-engineered either, as I like the simple and focused interface
I have been looking for this kind of service for a very long time, but my searches did not lead to anything. The priorities were: simplicity, convenience, pleasant interface, speed of work. @flowmapp has managed to satisfy all my criteria. Intuitive service, nice interface, convenient. Thanks to the developers
As a safety-wearable tech company, we are one of very few companies in this niche. As a result, we have difficult UX problems to solve, and no one to look to for inspiration, being able to view our UX flows and identify bottlenecks and unnecessary actions quickly, is fantastic.
@flowmapp is intuitive and a pleasure to use, as you would hope with it being a UX-focused platform! I like the simplicity of creating elegant user flows, with the ability to perform all the actions you need, such as customization, and documentation of your flows. The generate report tool is awesome for sharing with the development team being a designer myself
@flowmapp has a pretty simple and intuitive UI, very easy to start building a sitemap or a user flow. Lots of new features - CJMs and User Personas were a welcome addition, if not always necessary - it's good to have these tools available in a single service. Collaboration and being able to invite people into a project is definitely a plus. The support team seems friendly enough : )
I've tested a lot of different UX tools and @flowmapp is surely one of the most complete ones. It has an intuitive interface that's very easy to navigate. It includes user flows, personas, and easy-to-use templates for user interviews
@flowmapp saves a lot of time and you do not need any skills to use this application! I created a web sitemap for E-commerce within few hours only. I gave it to my web developer and he understood it very well. I really love the way all the pages are presented; there is a vast selection of templates.
So far I haven't seen any disadvantages, maybe a LIFETIME plan for purchase would be better. You will save a lot of time using FlowMapp
As a current UX student, mapping the user journey, user flows and personas is mandatory to improve the user experience by analyzing these to discover and solve problems. @flowmapp does allow to have a bird's view especially the importance of connecting between these features, it helps a lot to not get back and forth and not get lost in the process
@flowmapp helped me build a better process in my business. I use it throughout different stages during a website project. To start with I use it right at the beginning when I send out a proposal, I do it together with a Sitemap built in FlowMapp. And I use it once the project has started to structure the different pages, and collect content, and feedback from clients. I've started using it about a year ago, and it's been absolutely amazing. It makes the Web Design process so much easier, by having both a structure/sitemap, but also a tool through which the client can use to provide the necessary content
I didn't have to learn how to use @flowmapp. It just works out of the box. So many software tools that are designed to help us improve our workflow are but are bloated, unintuitive and with a steep learning curve. It helps us visualise sitemap in terms of content collation and help our clients plan content and see where they are lacking. I hope that FlowMapp stays focused and doesn't try to be all things to all men. I love it and have already recommended it to others who love it too
@flowmapp is so simple to use. Easy exports. Their own Ui/UX is a best practice case. The sitemap tool is just amazing. Web structure, SEO, touchpoints, etc. Quick and easy to set up while visually powerful.
Until today, May 2020, I really like it all
User flow and task flows are what I have used @flowmapp for so far. The biggest problem it solves for me is time. I spend way less time on these tasks. It lets me create user and task flows so quickly. I have saved many many hours using it. Its easy-to-use interface is pretty intuitive. I picked up everything in a few minutes.
I wish I could create templates of the shape colors instead of changing them every time. I don't like that sometimes during export, text wraps into two lines although when you see it in FlowMapp it is fine
I'm handling the big data management SaaS. There are complex user flows and many different scenarios to provide user flexibility services. Compared to other platforms, @flowmapp provides one of the fastest services and doesn't require a lot of memories for the big project
I like how easy it is to create a nicely spaced site map for a web project and add contextual info to each element/page. It's nice to see an attempt at boosting sitemaps creation by adding a way to handle content, but I'm not too sure they nailed it just yet.
I think the UI is very cluttered and it makes it hard to absorb the info the sitemap is trying to convey. I also think the pricing is a bit excessive
@flowmapp has got a lot of good features, is easy to learn and has great output options. It's missing a "matrix" view where the lower-level pages are represented vertically rather than horizontally. Although files can be attached to map pages, they don't show up in the PDF output.
Overall very happy. Looking forward to enhancements.
@flowmapp looks nice. Was there ever a good tool to do sitemaps? But besides sitemaps, which clearly sounds too old school, you can map a flow/experience. Like to try it
I was looking for a fast way to map a complex project for a while now. Really happy to have come across @flowmapp today
At first glance, super helpful: "@flowmapp is online tool for creating a visual map of a website"
It was very easy to get started and start creating sitemaps for my client projects with @flowmapp. The UI is robust and easy to use for the most part and offers the features I needed, along with others I may start to utilize more. The discussion, file, and status tagging features definitely help it stand out. It's much easier to create visual sitemaps this way.
My overall experience with FlowMapp has been great. I use the tool mainly for creating client sitemaps and tracking development which it does the job well for. The support team is very friendly and responsive and has already made minor improvements based on my feedback
It was really easy to get started. It's pretty intuitive and easy to use. If you are wondering how to do something, just try what makes sense. That'll probably be how you do it. I was impressed with how quickly I could generate a site map, customer journey, user flow and personas all in one connected place. The team's progress is illustrated by status tags on each area of the site's architecture, making it a visually pleasing and fast way to see progress and show it to others.
Project or Product managers can see things visually and that's great, but having to search through whatever comments were made feels a little clumsy. I'd like to see some sort of organization there
I like having one tool to create personas, customer journey, and sitemap in an easy and visually attractive way. With @flowmapp you can create a complicated sitemap and architecture in a matter of minutes, add page sections, links to design in Figma, add user stories and track progress with the client due to status indicators
@flowmapp is an amazing UX tool! It has been easy to use and made it very convenient in sharing ideas and project updates with the team. The features are great in just one tool. Good value for money!
I would most likely encourage more UX designers and project managers to use this application. Excellent!
@flowmapp saves me so much time. I can create a sitemap in minutes rather than hours. Highly recommend it and look forward to future wireframe features. It could work better on iPad. Moving around and zooming is tricky on touch devices
As a UX specialist using the right tool for the right job is crucial for me. Especially recently when the resources are low and time is short we need to adapt. @flowmapp is easy to use. It has extremely fast prototyping and focused user cases. All around, it is an amazing tool for CJM and user flow. I could never dream of doing it this fast and straight to the point
I create sitemaps and user-flows for clients as a UX designer. @flowmapp makes it quick, clean and easy. It makes the creation of user flows simple, easy to understand for clients, and easy to edit for the creator. The end result always looks great and professional, with minimal effort. Saves me a TON of design time. One of my most used tools at the preliminary stages of any client project
@flowmapp allows to create individual Clearly Personas and represent to the stakeholder to empathize their user because they link personas with user journey together.
As a product designer, you can represent an entire UX strategy to the stakeholder with powerful content. You have a site map to see the overview of information architecture with detail on each screen. You can map your personas with the individual journey which is good to represent this one by one to the stakeholder
The platform standardizes how you create maps, flows, and personas relatively easily. You can collaborate with other team members and see their updates in real-time. The interface is clean and neat. I like collaboration and efficient customer journey mapping, efficient user flow mapping, user persona generation
@flowmapp lets me organize the basic work that needs to be done in the website planning process, and it makes the process visible and understandable for the client. It speeds up workflow. FlowMapp lets me show to my client the actual plan of the website that we are building for them, and it lets us do it extremely fast. I do not have to engage in the diagram design process in any design tool, just to show my clients the website map. The map then stays as a complete roadmap for my team
It's really easy and fast to create personas and buyer journeys, also user flow and sitemaps with @flowmapp. I would like to have the possibility to add my own icons for logos of frequently used apps or anything else. It's quite complete but sometimes I could need other icons and logos. I had a problem with exporting personas and customer journeys, but Paul and the support team helped me and fixed it quickly.
I really like FlowMapp because it makes my work faster and easier
I used a lot of user flows and ai tools before, most were done via Sketch or Figma UI kits. I found this powerful with users but I had to pass too much time updating them as the product was changing and improving quickly. Using FlowMapp, scales this process to avoid going through the same repetitive tasks. Also, I and a project manager found out it would be a powerful tool for 1st layer of specifications. Working on a whole project/product stack with different stakeholders made this tool more than legitimate to adopt
@flowmapp's way of building sitemaps visually looks pretty fun to work with
@flowmapp helps me a lot when I do my job. Easy to get sitemap, making UX design become effective and easy
Started using @flowmapp to create some App and WebSite Sitemaps. Really liking it. Easy to use. Good to see that "User Flows" appear to be in the Product Roadmap as well
This web app has excellent UX making it easy and fun to use. I love the Site map where you can create your individual pages and plan what content will be on those specific pages while allowing your client to view and collaborate with you clearly identifying each page goal. This application actually helped me win a big contract because the client really loved the personas feature where I was able to create their client persons based on their Google Analytics Traffic. The user flow feature is also great for planing the customer's journey and I'm looking forward to using it for planning my lead funnels
FlowMapp's design is clean and simple, making it super easy to get started. Almost no learning curve. It includes everything you need to get started with product design. I am trying to map out user flows for my product, as well as create personas of my target users. I want to be able to see the big picture before I start developing and designing in order to save time in the long run. FlowMapp definitely helps with that, because creating user flows and personas can be a time-consuming task in itself
FlowMapp provides a solid foundation on which you can visually plan a website. We find it an essential part of our development toolkit for every build. It prevents hundreds of documents, website copy and assets from floating around on emails and storage volumes. Everything is kept nice and tidy within FlowMapp and everyone on the team knows where everything is kept, saving huge headaches!
We were looking for ways to build our customer personas, and then we found FlowMapp, it made our work easy. This tool is easy to use; you can simply drag and drop and edit things. There is nothing to be disliked except for some minor bug issues. I would happily recommend this tool to anyone who is trying to build customer personas
Really impressed with FlowMapp. Such a polished, high-quality finish for such a new app
Clients used to send me their sitemaps in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, by email, and even on pieces of paper that they would then take a picture of and email me! FlowMapp has streamlined the whole process for us. I've tried many different services but haven't found any as easy to use or as simple for clients to use as FlowMapp. I use it for generating client's sitemaps and then ask clients to log in and add their content. I can then easily take that content and use it to build their new website
I wish InVisionApp and FlowMapp would somehow merge into one pile of project planning greatness
@flowmapp has a nice interface. I do like using this software. It's easy to move pages around and to be able to change the covers so you can see what kind of page it will be when the design is done. However, I was told to just stick with other programs, because they are as useful as FlowMapp is
I like how easy it was with @flowmapp to not only build out site maps but add more context to those site maps so that we can get buy-in from stakeholders across a large and complex organization. It also streamlines collaboration between design and content so they can work in tandem and build on the knowledge each brings to the table
@flowmapp allows us to easily draft websites and begin planning how they should flow. It allows us to create detail easily and begins to bring the projects to life. The diagrams that we can produce are great conversation starters and help involve clients more into projects. The business problem that we have solved with FlowMapp is taking an offline — pen and paper process — online and accessible for everyone involved. A benefit to FlowMapp is that it engages your clients when you're looking for collaborative efforts
We decided to use a design thinking approach for the relaunch of our organisation’s website. @flowmapp allows us to optimize and make more efficient our work, especially to better empathise with our target groups. We are very happy with the different tools, in particular personas and customer journey, which allow us to create clear and attractive visualisations, to be shared within the organisation and with our web agency
@flowmapp is my absolute favorite website and blog planning tool. Particularly good free use for a project
This is a great tool to create the architecture of a website. This is one of the most important and the first steps before launching any product/website. Thanks, guys, for the awesome app
